We renovated an old 50-acre farm in Maitland, near Bridgewater. The new owners want to return it to its original purpose as a working farm with horses as the main theme. The property was in a state of disrepair, so we had our work cut out for us!

We added a second storey to the old farmhouse using the original hand-hewn rafters. We reused as much of the original material as we could.

We also refurbished the old barn to accommodate horses.

Mason Reid Langille rebuillt the fireplace from the original granite stone base.
