Interior renovation, Duke St. Lunenburg
We did an extensive renovation in this historic house at 82 Duke St., Lunenburg, in 2013.
A luxurious master bathroom was created with a change to the floor plan. We stripped wallpaper and painted, did the plumbing and wiring for a new shower, tiled the tile floor and shower walls, plumbed and wired vanity sinks, bathtub and lighting,
The kitchen got new cabinets with granite countertops, ceramic porcelain tile floor, fixtures and fittings etc., and we installed a custom-made built-in propane fireplace. Walls and woodwork also got spiffed up.
